Domestic Delivery (UAE)

At Touch of Oud, we aim to deliver your order as smoothly and efficiently as possible. All orders within the UAE are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your delivery address and location.

Please ensure that a complete and accurate delivery address is provided at checkout to avoid any delays. Orders to remote or less accessible areas may require additional delivery time beyond the standard timeframe.

Orders of AED 100 and above enjoy free delivery across the UAE

International Delivery

We ship internationally to selected destinations. Free shipping is available on international orders that meet our minimum order value threshold regardless of the destination.

International delivery typically takes 7 to 14 working days depending on the destination and local customs procedures.
