Orders within the UAE are delivered within 1 to 3 business days. Remote areas may take additional time.

Orders below AED 100 are charged a delivery fee of AED 10. Orders of AED 100 and above receive free delivery across the UAE.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days, excluding weekends and UAE public holidays.

Touch of Oud is not responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or restricted access. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout. 

Complete the return request through the system within 7 days of delivery. A member of our team will contact you within 48 hours to arrange collection. 

Items must be unused, unaltered, in original packaging with all labels, tags, and authenticity cards, and accompanied by the original Order Confirmation. 

Returns are not accepted if the item has been used, opened, or is not in its original condition, if original packaging or tags are missing, or if the return request is made after 7 days of delivery. 

Contact us immediately with supporting images or order details. Return the item in its original condition and packaging and we will arrange a replacement or full refund upon inspection. 

Refunds are processed back to the original credit or debit card within 14 to 21 working days after the return is approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
